  • 📋 Previous school Transfer Certificate (TC) — for Class II and above

  • 🏠 Address Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Utility Bill)
  • 🆔 Parents' Aadhaar Card copies
  • 📜 Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Age criteria for Nursery? +
The child must be 3 years of age as of 31st March of the academic year. For LKG: 4 years; UKG: 5 years; Class I: 6 years completed by March 31.
Is there a written entrance test? +
For Nursery to Class IV, admission is based on an informal interaction. For Classes V and above, a short written assessment in English and Mathematics may be conducted. No entrance test for pre-primary classes.
Any scholarships or fee concessions? +
KCES considers financial assistance on a case-by-case basis for deserving students. Sibling discounts may be available. Please contact the school office for details.
Can I transfer my child mid-year? +
Mid-year transfers are considered subject to seat availability and submission of a valid Transfer Certificate from the previous school. Contact the Admissions Office for guidance.
What is the uniform requirement? +
The school uniform details and where to purchase them are provided at the time of admission confirmation. All students must wear the prescribed uniform on all school days.
